Pro-Active Application Surgeries

During the application process a number of surgeries will be held by the Pro-Active Partnerships within each Pro-Active region (North, South, East, West and Central London www.pro-activelondon.org). We recommend you visit a surgery as it may give you a better opportunity for success during the competitive bidding process.

The surgeries aim to provide applicants with guidance on how to complete the application form and information on the programme. They will enable you to ask questions about the programme and the application criteria, highlighting key points that organisations will need to address to be successful.

Surgeries will be hosted within each Pro-Active region to ensure all local issues and needs are addressed and that PlaySport London: Free Sport is targeting hard to reach participants throughout London.

In addition, each partnership is offering a hotline to support applicants with their projects and any queries applicants may have.

Please note that in order to support you as effectively as possible, you should contact the most relevant partnership for where your club or organisation is based. If you are unsure of this please click here. A partnership reserves the right to prioritise slots for organisations based within their sub-region.

Online workshop:

The Pro-Active Partnerships are also running an online Webinar on Thursday 30th September. 1 hour sessions start at 10am, 1pm, and 6pm. Organisations will be able to view this workshop online and be provided with advice and guidance from Pro-Active London.
